Touch and Motion Sensors
All interactions done through a simple wave or touch.

A Seemless Interaction
Taking out the trash was never hard, just unpleasant enough to put off. The Auto-Change sequence reduces the whole interaction to single a touch point.

Dual Open Modes
Wave or tap and the lid responds instantly. Touch to open indefinitely or wave to close after a delay.

Perfect Fit, Every Time
Remove the sealed liner. That's it. The Aerra closes behind you and pulls a fresh liner into place.

Ninety Days At A Time
A single liner lasts ninety days, and takes ten seconds to replace. Your first year of liners comes complimentary to your Aerra with sign up.

Does The Aerra still work once the battery dies?
Yes, you can still manually open the lid once the battery dies but cannot uses the sensors or autochange process. Battery charges in 4.5 hours.
The battery last about 3 months on a charge and audibly will notify you once it goes below 10% charge.
How Loud Is It?
Day-to-day, it's minor background noise. The lid opens and closes with a quiet motor hum you'll stop noticing within a day.
The three moments you'll hear it:
During Bag Changes - Audible motor noise for the ~10 seconds of the autochange cycle. Not disruptive, but present.
Aeration - a brief 3-second vacuum-level sound when a new liner is set into place.
Low battery alert - a distinct rapid beep to make sure you actually notice it. Loud by design, but very infrequent.
